For people like me it's because maths has a definite answer. Once you know the formula you know you can get it right but with subjects like English and history there is so much room for interpretation its harder for more methodical/"maths minded" people to do

I for one do not love math- I hated math. I loved english and literature, as well as science. History I did not like simply because for the majority of it, I found to be very boring. But everyone has a preference. Go figure.

Almost everyone I know hates math....and I'm in a field that requires a lot of math for the degree.

People's strength
If the person loves math, then that person cannot stand English
If the person loves English, then that person cannot stand math
Opposite attracts is why we make teams to work among ourselves based on our strengths.

Maths is like puzzle so its fun to solve it in other hand english or other languages it has some grammer which is boring some time.
