Man Wal-Marts the best. Maybe you should watch where you're stepping. Get over it. Don't go anymore if you don't like it.

Okay, were you injured in some way?? Broken bones, slipped disk, etc. Did you need treatment at the emergency room or by a doctor? Do you feel that because of their cluttered aisles, you now have a diminished quality of life? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then by all means, sue away. However, if you're just out to make a buck, like the people that go through a drive through, spill coffee on themselves, and then sue, and all the other sue happy people out there, then here's a little advice.....GET OVER IT!!!!!
And by the way, what were you doing there, if Wal-Mart is such a white trash place? Please start going to a much better clientele store so I won't meet you at any of the Wal-Mart stores in the future.

What is suing for money going to do for you unless you had medical bills after this "trip"? If they have it on tape, or show that you had injuries from this I don't think you have a very good case of winning. My father had tripped over a rolled up rug in a restaurant and tried persuing it because that's just the kind of man he is. He didn't get a dime for it even though he went to the hospital for twisting his ankle.
I don't think suing a large company like Wal-Mart is going to do anything for them or for you. They are not going to change based on one person tripping over a rug. If anything, maybe a customer that had a come in just before you made the rug bunched up enough for you to trip over it.
If it is that bad of a place for you, then I'd suggest not shopping there. Take your business elsewhere. I think Wal-Mart would agree that you shouldn't come back if you feel that way. I don't think there's any place for them to be "put". Brand new Wal-Marts are really nice and don't have any clutter that I have seen. They are much better kept because they have newer things. The older store on my side of the town was a regular Wal-Mart converted into a Super Wal-Mart and it isn't well kept. I think it depends on the Wal-Mart you visit.
The employees that work at the Wal-Mart you went to are more liable in my opinion. They are the ones that need to keep the store tidy. I think they just aren't doing their own job well enough.

Walmart is pretty hard to sue.. I try 6 yrs ago when my son got his head split open on top and it was totally their fault.. I couldn't find a lawyer who would take the case all saying it was almost impossible to sue them.. So I ended up paying all the hospital bills myself and got nothing at all from them. What you should do is go see the Head Manager there and talk to him about it.. Then call the corporate office and file a complaint. If you had a real injury or sickness I don't understand why you left in a hurry.. You should have told the guy get the manager and call the cops.. no biggie, you would have been fine and the guy would have made a total *** out of himself.. I have taken my son to walmart when he was sick and weak to get his med's and I put him in an electric cart too or a wheel chair. They have never said anything to me even though some of the oldies at the door didn't like it ... I just gave them the LOOK.. that says DON'T DARE SAY A WORD TO ME.

So, you're going to try and sue a place of business because you want to prove a point?
Besides, Wal-Mart has an army of hand-picked lawyers. You think you're the first person to try and 'put them in their place'? You'd better have a real case against them if you want to come out of this with your pride and your money.
Look, cluttered aisles is either a management problem or a staff shortage. If it's a staff shortage, it can't be help, give them a break. If it's management, ask your lawyer friend to type up a nice complaint letter and send it to the head manager of that store. That would be way more efficient than suing a multi-billion dollar mega corporation.

My grandpa works at walmart and if you sue then he'll come over to my house and bit** about it for a very long time even if its not the one he works at.He's already complained about every other person that sued walmart so please for the sake of all the people who have old reletives working at walmart don't sue......But if it wasnt for that you could win I mean the lady that sued McDonalds for her coffee being too hot and that lady sued the road company for the roads being too slick when it rained won I think you have a case every other person in America sues but In defense of Walmart most of the people that work there don't wanna be there anyway so why should they clean up the aisles.

So if Wal-Mart is a trashy, white trash place why were you there?
Do you normally have trouble walking?

I would write a complaint letter first to the manager. make sure you include you want a response back. don't be annoying with it. just state the facts, what you want them to do, and you look forward to a response. the manager should write back. if the first letter fail hand deliver a second. if he or she fails to reply then i guess you can sue. you can sue them for safety hazards.
