Hmmm. I would suggest Call of Duty 3 for starters. It is a great game. I own it and I love the WWII game genre. It is the best game I have played and I enjoy it. I have beaten it numerous times and I still can't get enough.
If you like playing with friends then go with MK: Armageddon. It is the best MK game out. Or you could go with not silent hill 2, but 4. The fourth one is pretty good. But you can never go wrong with any of the Silent Hill games.

Call of Duty 2, 3 sucks.
And get any Mortal Kombat, they all seem like good games.
But in third place CounterStrike.

Doom 3, Fatal Frame 2 and Counter-Strike are the best games on that list.
If you play on Xbox Live, get Doom 3 and CS.

Get one combat game and one strategy game. If I got to pick, I'd choose Fatal Frame 2 (scary as all hell) and Call of Duty.

if you have xblive then DO NOT get the halo multiplayer pack cuz its free on there but if you don't just buy it, its fun. and buy call of duty.
