My turtle has ripped his claws and the webbing from one of his back feet.Will this heal naturally?

he has not been using this foot much since.

yes, it will heal on its on, just be sure to keep his water real clean
you could add a little aquarium salt to his water to fight infection

Keep it clean, trim away any dead tissue. If it is still bleeding 'dry tank it' until it stops.
