Is Recommantation is Nessary in our society. why?

My answer is there should not be any recommantations. There should be only to get thier Jobs only through their talents and honest or hard work.
this can destroy bad society

I agree with you to a point that talents and honesty and hard work should be the only thing a person needs to get a job. A recommendation is good in the sense the if you have a recommendation such as painting houses, I would prefer to hire you, cause you know how, and I wouldn't have to train you.
