no such thing as a perfect man or woman - maybe you should use the word "ideal" instead. my wife would think any man who can use the bathroom with out toilet papering it, put the seat down and flush would answer your question lol

Do you mean what should I need to be a perfect man? Well I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect man as all men and women have something wrong with them.
Are you talking about spiritually, well try to be a good person, do to other as you would want done unto your self, I think that is in the bible. You should not chase and want a younger woman because that is sick, and physically try and keep fit.
