Something naive US politicians can't understand is that the main source of terrorism and instability in the middle east including Iraq are mullahs of Iran. Unfortunately US doesn't take any practical measures against mullahs of Iran and is waiting to see that Russia, China, and the European Eunion are deliberately sticking to the useless negotiations with mullahs of Iran aiming at giving enough time to mullahs to complete their nuclear bomb(s). The whole last 4 years this has been the story. Dear asker, we had a horrible earthquake about two years ago in Bam city in Kerman province and yet the people there are living in what we call connexes in Iran ( metalic containers having no facilities of living , very cold in winter and very hot in summer ) and yet mullahs of Iran are sending 1,000,000 tonf of crude oil ( about 4-5 million barrels ) to Syria FREE OF CHARGE and fifty million dollars a month to Hezbollah ( apart from what they give to Hamas and Jihad-e-Islami. You certainly have seen ( otherwise please see the pictures on AP's site ) that Hezbollah is giving USD 12,000 to those Lebanese who have lost their homes and USD 8,000 to those who have partly been hurt. Where can Hezbollah get this money from? Nasrallah complained that Arab states are not supporting him. Believe that Bush has understood where the source of the problem of the World Terrorism is but naive politicians in his administration cannot make the decisice decision. They will wait so long that after some time mullahs of Iran will blackmail even the US with their nuclear bomb and you have no other option but to give them the Middle East in first place and then new regions step by step.

Well the leader is the one submitting the people to the violence, but the terrorist don't have to follow. I would blame them equally.

The culture to allow this activity in the first place.Terrorism is not just a leader and a perpetrator. It's not as simple as that.If it were as simple as that,Terrorism would be easy to eradicate.I'm afraid that terrorism is generations of society's of hate from one group of people to another for whatever reason.

If you want to stop terrorism, try to understand what is the problem What is responsible for terrorism is a system so unfair that it creates a sense of hopelessness in people that is so great that they don't see any other solution than blowing themselves up. If they had a voice and were heard it would not happen.

They should be held EQUALLY accountable. They are all conspiring together towards the same cause, so let them share the same punishment.
