The bit rate is based on quality and file size, unless you have an expensive system that your gonna play this on most players and computers don't need anything over 128 even a 94 bit rate sounds good so if your burning save your self some space and stick with the 128.

Bitrate is the playback quality
1.128kbps Is decent quality used in mp3 CD's
2.320kbps highest used in for computers as well as cd
if in 320 quality u loose will be much less
almost equivalent effects to that of wav cd

The higher the bitrate the better the quality. so go with 320 if your looking for better quality

320 is better and makes a larger file... i would go with 128 anyway because there is not much difference with quality... as fas as my ears can tell.

properly sure even though it wont strengthen the audio high quality it is going to easily take in greater desirable area. And sure bit fee is significant. Its a real discomfort to transform it the two way. I only does no longer hassle with it if I have been you.

320... that's the quality of the sound, but of course it will a lot more space in your disk.
