Reality is not a matter of definitions. Nor it is a matter of biases and beliefs.
Life as we live it is real. However, definitions limits us how we view things around us.
First, we have to resolve your neighbors' perspective, consciousness, and state of mind.
Second we have to see how in their point of view regarding kings, queens, and princes, and especially the universe.
Most important, we have to resolve our own prejudices and self righteousness, bearing in mind that we learn valuable lessons in this life even from the most stupid and insane. That a humbling reality!

Not really... A king and queen by definition has to have subjects and be head of a state.
A king in a vacuum of space is not really a king. Kingship has to be conferred by a society.

I call that a delusion. Just because someone believes something, that in and of itself, does NOT make it so.
When I was a little girl, I believed I was Wonder Woman. Specifically Lynda Carter. But I'm not.

why not? if they truly believe it; anyway the key of success in this matter is to keep this idea for the ones who believe it (in this case their family), otherwise they will eventually be consider crazy; for example i believe that my child is the most beautiful and the most intelligent, but i cannot sustain that in front of everybody, am i right?

Hey! You weren't supposed to know about THEM! They are under the witness protection program! Tell them to quit announcing their true titles or the evil hornswagglers will find them and eat them up!

They could be. And in their world, as long as they aren't hurting any one else, let them be. It won't hurt and it will put a smile on their faces and your faces, though for probably different reasons!

To them it matters not what others think; they need no confirmation...in their minds' eyes they are. Anyone's disagreement is immaterial, in their version of reality, it's not part of the equation.

Why not? As long as they don'y harm anyone they can be anyone they want to be.[reality is boring, which is why we have fantasy]
[Just as I could say "I'm a mermaid" & I can be]
however, its just in our own little world I suppose . . .
