Although we were very happy, he was very jealous and he thought that i like someone else. Since that, he said that we shoul take a break and he has a very cold attitude towards me.We talk on the phone, or chat on the Internet, sometimes we meet, but he is acting like we are just friends, although i have tried to make it clear that i love only him and that the other guy is just a collegue from work who I don't even know well....Complicated, I guess....:(

All relationships have cycles and you may be at a low point. Don't necessarily give up on the relationship right away. You may find yourself falling in love with her all over again. You need to be honest with her about how you feel, though, so you can try to work through it together. Then if it doesn't work out, you can say you have made a sincere effort. These things do, unfortunately, happen.

Don't feel sorry for having such feeling, you don't have to grow up, as the first answer suggested. Any man or woman who says that never felt the same thing you're feeling is a big fat hypocrit and a liar. The thing is: the world is changing; we're beginning to see that some traditional moral values we used to respect are pure nonsense. To make it shorter. There's only one big family in the world, because we're all brothers and sisters. Mass monogamy is facing its last days, and there's nothing we can do about it. If we keep thinking like our grandparents did, we'll suffer. If we just stay calm and relax, we may get through this with a smile on our faces. And a lot of girls...

Hi Julia, I guess anything is possible. But why do you think he doesn't love you?? Specially, if you have been happy for 4 years. Are you leaving some important information out of this question? It really doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I wish i could help you. A Friend

yes. My sister is an a relationship where she does not love him, yet she's been with him for nearly five years. She says he makes her happy and that she loves him but isn't in love with him. So yes it is possible
