Women's breasts can be a very noticeable feature which will attract the attention of passers-by, especially depending on how the women are dressed and how exposed they are. Not every man is attracted to breasts, many prefer buttocks and/or legs, but there does seem to be a majority of men attracted to breasts.
Without going into the full psychology of things, it can be said that many men believe that women's breasts are directly linked to their sexual fertility - the bigger, firmer they are, the more sexually *hot* they are in bed.
In the end though it is all a matter of choice - do you like breasts, legs or something different?

May be because breats are the most obvious sign parts to the man.
I personally like butts and hairy armpits! They drive me crazy!!!!
