According to the dictionary, it can mean "very long" (referring to a word), or it can mean the long word itself.

(It literally means "a foot and a half"!)

The question is not clear. Are you looking for one word which means 'big' or is it something else? Some of the words that mean big are: gargantuan, humongous, stupendous, huge, mountainous, and there would be several more.
