Why not try a little of each? Instead of touring just one country lets say Italy and going to Rome, Venice, Milan, Florence, try a tour of one city of each country. Maybe Rome, Paris, Berlin then you see where you like better and next time pick just one country.

I have been to two out of the three. My favorite so far was touring wine country in Bavaria and going to Octoberfest in Munchen. So my vote is Germany.

Germany is the best idea!!France is very dirty, i've been in Paris once and never come again.Italy also ok.I plan to go this summer!!!
