The Laws at hand were placed there for a reason.
( " I can't believe you came and found me " ). :-O
By Laws at hand, I mean the U.S Constitution.
Look how long that's been in use.
Leaders " TO BE " make promises for programs,Tax Cuts,
use of money, bah bah bah...
If the people don't like the leaders they
wait...
Nothing remains the same.
Education, and Training for citizens.
For the purpose of , what ?
Relationship to who?

I am sure you are asking this question to American citizens and it is non of my business,but I would like to mention my ideas.First of all,the leadership that you are talking about is based on the benefits of America no matter what it costs,and this is the very reason of so many loss of innocent lives,so much blood,tears and poverty.When I was a child,we all regarded America as friendly,but now the rapidly growing anti american sense in my country (Turkey) and in other countries show that It shouldn't do whatever it is doing now.DO NOT elect murders as your presidents who claim they are doing everything for the sake of DEMOCRACY(which means OIL to them).Love to all American people.

There are a lot of questions here that are not psychological. In 100 years you wont be around; why worry? If the changes that happened to the USA in the last 100 years are any guide it will be an entirely different world then.

Question is: Why would you want to ensure America's leadership remains as it is for another 100 years?
Putting aside current global issues, surely the whole point is for society to evolve, develop and improve?
