If you're worried about medical negligence it may be difficult for you to know "what' to ask. You really would need an attorney, cause they know what to ask, and they know what to look for in the care of a patient.

I'm sorry, but the way this is worded makes it difficult to understand what you want to know,

Most medical facilities have a list of patient's rights available to read or a copy to take home. Just ask.

Mostly, patients have the right to care that meets current standards of practice, to be informed of risks and benefits of all treatments and alternatives available, to privacy of the medical information, to not be abandoned by a physician without a replacement physician being supplied, to give informed consent to all invasive procedures and certain test, and to be treated by persons and facilities that are properly licensed and meet all legal standards. In most places, there are also rights that apply to ability to pay, especially in emergencies, and to nondiscrimination.
