If you know two people in a relationship together and find out one of them has been cheating on them. Should you go to the loyal person and tell them what is happening or should you just stay out of it because its none of my business?

You are right, its a sticky situation, its also a no win situation, someone is going to get hurt... the only way I would get involved is if it happened to my best friend, or a family member... other than that, I'd leave it alone.

If you get involved, they will both turn on you.
A.) You need to be sure of what you think you know, and most of us never are.
B.) You need to be prepared to lose both of them as friends.
You can confront the cheater and talk to that person, IF that will not put you in harms way. But they will attack you (verbally, socially) and usually undermine you to the loyal person.

i have a friend who's wife had a history of cheating on him and I found out a male co-worker of ours was having an affair with his wife and I told him...What they do with the info is their business...but make sure you have all the facts first because they will have questions and want some answers...
I told him because if I were in his position, I would want to know...additionally...how would you feel if your friends knew and didn't tell you and later when you did find out, you also found out your friends knew and didn't tell you... to me, it would be a double betrayal...to me... that is not a friend !!

Unless the persons are your best friend I advise that you stay out of it. The person will find out in time...always do.I was in this situation and I told my best friend because she suspected and was making herself sick over it. We are still best friends and they are now married. I have no regrets.In her situation she knew but could not confirm so I ended her misery.
