It would be good to know where you live. I lived just outside London during the war. Our back garden had an "Anderson shelter" it was a large hole dug down in the ground, and had a corrugated iron roof in an arch over it. Needless to say, it was quite often flooded when we needed to use it, and I should reckon there would still be plenty of gardens with them still there.

there is alot of issues that you've'nt suggested they might help with precise solutions. Who offered the fence, and who placed it up are the most glaring question i might want to ask. in the adventure that your spouse and youngsters paid for it,and placed it up then its none of her damn agency besides. If the cost become initially shared with this neighbour ,then she ought to share the cost of repairing it. Alot of neighbours income at the same time as others placed a fence or wall up,because the also income a fence or wall.perhaps your fence improves the final seem of her sources, and now that is broken it does'nt seem so strong. Be courageous and if she comes round being abusive, tell her courteously to go away or the police will be noted as.tell her if she comes everywhere close on your sources in destiny she will be stated to the police for harrassment. once you've advised her no longer to go back on your door,if she does that is deemed as harrassment. As for the fence fix it once you may have the funds for it,no-you'll ask you otherwise no longer even the council. Is the fence on the sources border or is it on one sources on my own,as this would make a wide huge difference in this dispute. To be straightforward if the fence become offered by technique of your spouse and youngsters and nobody else,i might want to get rid of it thoroughly.in user-friendly words the area that boarders your fool neighbour, tell her if she needs a fence then bypass get one. at the same time as eliminating the fence,do it so it would want to ward off all strong panels and so on as my suggestion is to re-erect it. yet this time placed the fence in the boundary, say a minimum of a foot.once this fence is up,protect it and safeguard it commonly.yet via the undeniable fact that is now a foot on your households land your neighbour won't be able to even placed a hand on it.She cant even nail a putting basket on it or plant some thing that would want to emproach on the foot that you've given your self because the foot nonetheless belongs to you. there is not any pleaseing some human beings so do not difficulty attempting,do what you experience is ideal for the kinfolk no longer the neighbour. strong success.
