Presidents must be respected but the bad ones must be impeached.

As he treats us? It is a normal and very natural instinct. With respect, if he gives it to us? The good he has sworn an oath to do is to love honor and obey this country and the people who voted him the We the People part seems to be missing in this administration thought, so he is not doing his job. The president of anything is not a God and he/she is a human and all humans err constantly whether it is on purpose or an accident. Presidents are suppose to be perfect in our eyes, but they are not and we really know that but we are too lazy or ignorant to take responsibility of our mistakes as well as not to have protested before now and to be so selfish as to keep voting for the guy because they don't want to be wrong about their choice?Hope I have helped you? Some are treated as heroes like Eishenhower, Washington.
Some are not respected like the present one.

They are probably given too much credit or blame. As to the second question forget it - it's too broad.
