It looks easy when other people do it but when i do it i will roll of to the side so what is the best way to do a forward roll.

start in a tight squat facing forward set your hands on the ground roll forward on your toes and push off your hands, Don't let you head hit the ground only the back part is supposed to and then shift all your weight onto your feet again and stand up with you arms up.
