I was told ny a friend that it is extremely funny and that I would enjoy it. Does anyone else have an opinion on this movie because I have to buy it. Because it is older its not in stores around here,

It's a really great movie with a unique story line and some incredible music.
The comedy/humor is rather "dark" for what's there, so don't expect to laugh your head off... it's not truly a comedy per se... but it is a very good movie and worth the time & money to watch!

It's Hedwig and the Angry Inch, not Itch (that's actually a line from the movie.)
But it's my favorite movie and it's funny in an odd way. It's worth buying though.

It's in stores, but you might want to ask for it by it's right name. Hedwig and the angry inch. It's a classic. But not that old. You would have to look for it in the adults only section.

Kind of funny. Songs are fun. The movie isn't that old. It shouldn't be in the adult section unless you live in Utah.
Enjoyed the movie the first time I saw it. Second time, eh, turned it off.
In my opinion, worth renting, not owning.

Angry "INCH"
In Australia, Hedwig is played by IOTA, a fantastic musician. I saw this musical live and it was really excellent. I highly recommend it. IOTA's voice is just amazing!!!
Go see it!!!!

there were some funny parts....overall, it was actually kinda sad, i guess. it was decent though, and you may like it. and i think you mean "hedwig and the angry inch."
