Well, it would be abuse to report yourself for abuse since you only asked the question to report it and hence abuse the reporting system. lol this made sense in my head but I'm not sure in writing! lol

you are able to, it is basically been replaced so now you would be able to desire to click on the flag next to the query/answer you opt for to record as a replace of the "record Abuse" hyperlink they had under person names earlier.
