I am very good friends with a co worker of mine which is great. I am married with an amazingt husband and 2 wonderful children We have a very stable and happy family life. I am very satisfied in my relationship but i can not stop having sexual dreams about my friend. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening or does anyone know what this means?

one of two things:
You are just really turned on in bed and think about your coworker so you dream about him and the dream means nothing
OR
You like him a lot and your subconscious is telling you what you dont want to believe, and thats that you really are attracted to him.
Think of your kids and husband, its not fair to them to put them through that though.
