wants name change in 10th certificate after 10years...?

Hi all,

I completed my SSC in 1997 from Andhra Pradesh. I wanted to change my name in the SSC marks list...is it possible now?

It is written on marks list "No changes will be entertained after 3 years". Any change in rules since then?...Otherwise should I need to change all my other certificates?

I need small correction in name......needed to remove letter 'a' from my name

YOU CAN NOT CHANGE NAME ON THE CERTIFICATE AND IF YOU WANT CHANGE YOUR NAME IN THE SOCIETY PLEASE ADVERTISE IT IN THREE LEADING NEWS PAPER AND GET IT CHANGED.
