Age ain't nothin' but a number, unless it's illegal. back in the days, i use to always say i would never date a man younger than i.
now, look at me....i ended up getting married to a man who's 5 years younger than i. Don't get me wrong. We are both adults, but i know i made a good choice marrying him, not just because i love him, but because of the way he is, the way he acts. He's very mature, he's got directions in life, lots of plans for the future & is very responsible. In the long run, i realized the age doesn't matter, it's the attitude, the way he lives his life & how dedicated he is to me. I ended up a very LUCKY woman & very blessed to have such a wonderful husband & i am happy =)

Ho well... I am early-mid-twenties and my french teacher is around 30's, I am in love with her, I think she likes me but, in my mindset => consequence of the culture I was grown, I feel-like-if society thinks she's abusing me. My dad use to say: Look for a girl 5 or 6 years younger than you, they look older after bearing...

I understand but do not agree at all, anyway I believe the trend is that girls mature 4 or 5 years earlier, that is a big thing. There are exceptions and if that is your case, go for him...

By the way, I think I'll invite to go out, not sure what is going to happen... I am all set.

I think it depends on the circumstances. Each relationship is different and only the two people in that relationship know exactly what goes on. If that person is mature, you love them, and you get on well most of the time - then age isnt an issue. It can only be an issue if you make it one.

Yes, only a year or two younger that's according to my age if I was 30 or older, but the maturity level says it all.

besides the certainty that it is real that for the period of Jewish custom the adult males could basically approximately constantly be older than the ladies individuals, we don't even truly comprehend that from the Bible, yet from different components. The Bible does no longer communicate of age while it includes marriage. there is easily no longer something incorrect with it. Now if he's 9 and she or he's 21, i could say there is something incorrect with the two one among you mentally. If he's below 18 i could say that it is amazingly beside the point in this society, and the dating must be discontinued until a minimum of then. i could additionally say that if he's below the age of 18 he easily needs to ask his mom and dad what they think of... whether it is against their needs it easily is a sin (honor your mom and dad).

I did. Granted he's only two days younger, but when you are in love - age really doesn't play that big of a role As long as the couple is compatible (and the relationship is legal), it shouldn't matter.

Age doesn't matter it matters how he acts. If he is responsible and mature enough there wouldn't be a problem with marrying a younger guy
