Upto some extent Love and Fear go hand in hand. If you love something or someone, you fear losing it or him/her. You have insecurity which gives rise to fear.
But once love reaches a level which is above jealousy, ego, possessivness and expectations(there maybe some other such subtle vices, that are very human, I may have missed them out) then fear fades away and eventually dies.
This state is of Pure Love.

Love definitely! Love encompasses all other feelings. Love generates life, its the most wonderful, amazing and beautiful "sensation" on earth. In love one may have a fear of losing oneself or one's partner. But i doubt it its a vicious cycle i.e. fear with love?! hmm i dont really think so. Personally, i have never have had a fear with love, but i have loved with fear at some point in life. So, my answer is LOVE! :)
