I don't believe so! US is one of the very few countries that has anti-missile defense system, and aside from that, what can a nuclear missile or two do. There are very few governments in this world who actually are scared to be hit by such, and most of them are scared because the country isn't big enough to sacrifice the certain amount of land destroyed. As of US, unfortunately, the government is more interested in oil and war than the security of its own people. White house wants to attack Iran, so that it can gain oil and at the same time get rid of what they seem to consider one opposite insect on the map! Moreover, US has thousands and thousands of nuclear warheads, and with more accuracy, so in time of war there's no doubt who's going to win. Bringing my own opinion, I think white house is made of a bunch greedy kids, who like to threaten the whole world just to take what they want, whether it'd be oil, right to oppose all rules set by UN or any other thing.
All aside, some certain small countries have all rights to be scarred with this due to the modified media that we have. I want to remind all informed colleages here that Iran has been only trying to gain nuclear energy and not bombs, and this has been approved by UN agents in various cases and various times after checking all facilities possible to attemp nuclear tests in. Unfortunately though, the world hasn't learned anything from Iraq! They said Iraq had chemical bombs and there wasn't any found. How much more blood should be spilled until the world stops killing the weak out of fear??!!

Any head of State of any sane nation in this world who understands the
ramifications of nuclear proliferation HAS CAUSE TO BE CONCERNED.
This is NOT a case of "Billy has a cell phone, so I should be able to have one too."
I can RESPECTFULLY SUGGEST you spend a few minutes each day [over the course of the next ENTIRE YEAR] studying the ramifications of such, and
equating to each possible scenario -- given first 1 then 3, then 7, then 12
[and so forth] unstable or tyrannical, or etc governments of smaller nations
who could EVEN be overthrown [EVEN BY DRUG RINGS, THUGS ETC. or lunatic rebels] and lose control of nuclear weapons and delivery capabilities.

i think so, howeva us doesn't want other countries to have a (potential) powerfull millitary. like we can see, that us always tries to put oil source countries under its control by diplomacy or even millitary way, iraq for example. But now, after ahmadinejad declaired the nuke power plan, the bargaining position of us was dragged in front of iran...
