The enzymes present in washing powders are generally a trademark secret. I would assume they are proteases (proteinase is just another term for protease). I uncovered a website that claims to sell washing powder type enzymes for educational purposes: proteases (savinase and alcalase), amylase (termamyl), lipase (lipolase) and cellulase (celluzyme).

Hope this helps.
