I don't know much about these pregnancy tests. They weren't around during my child bearing years. If it test negative, wait a week. Most doctors don't like to test for pregnancy until about 6 weeks. If at 2 months you still test negative, check with your doctor. The only time this happened to me was when I reached menopause.

Call your gyn, and make an appt. to go in and have a hormone level blood test done, this will tell them if your pregnant or not, and if your hormones are just a little out of sync. It could be a number of things.
BESIDES STRESS:
Hormone imbalance
Undetected Pregnancy
(NOT)Non-Cancerous Uterine Fibriod Tumors (small non-cancerous tumors that grow in the wall of the uterus, I have one)
PCOS-(Which can cause periods to be late and/or few and far between)
Best Wishes!

take the test again. If it comes out negative, go to the doctor for a blood test. Good luck.

Hormonal imbalance is the possible cause. Certain contraceptives do cause that. Wait another week and take the test again or consult your GP/Gynae.

Possibly a faulty pregnancy test. Have you taken more than one? Try taking another test then if it is still negative and no period, go see your doctor.

just an off period. You can miss your period for a month and nothing be wrong whatsoever. However, there could be something wrong. You def. need to contact your doc. You also may be pregnant and its just not showing up yet.
