So you can only do one calculation at a time, eh? I guess that leaves out any tricks with parentheses or other calculations that can't be done left to right.

4+4 = 8
8/4 = 2
2+4 = 6
6+4 = 10

Or :
4+4+4+4+4 + 4+4+4+4+4 = 40
40/4 = 10.
