At the end of the movie where the mom has to choose between her evil sons life or the unrelated but sweet kid... Would you make the same choice she did? If not, why?

that movie is so old omg i thought i was the only one in the world who has seen that... now that i am a mother i would not have let my son die... i could never do that.. if my child was doing evil things i would have had his little butt in a damn mental institute though...

Yes mentions Pamela throughout and she's in the movie also... No I wouldn't take kids. There is at least one very disturbing nude scene that I found very hard to watch and I'm 33. I've never seen anything like it.

No, I couldn't. No matter how evil my son was, I would never let him die, especially to save some kid that isn't even blood related. I would hope to be able to help my son, and would do everything I could, like putting him into therapy and onto medication. Even if it was that situation between myself or my evil son, I would give my own life up so he could live.

That was a good movie. I'd pick the good kid. The son was so evil. You'd have to always have your eye on him and even then...Plus the son is going to grow and become even stronger and your bound to be dead then. Oh I am going home and watching that movie after work.

Humans that are of a sane mind, will always choose good over evil. Why would you choose the evil son? He would do you no good in life. So with reason, you would choose the one that would do you some good in life right?

i would tell the good one to grab the bad one by the waist and yank the bad one up full force. but if i haddd to choose...oh damn...its against my beliefs to let the one i have a firm hold on drop..waaahhh...well...i would do what i thought was best, what was the right thing, and God will handle the rest. *sigh* im glad there arnt any kinds of delemas like this in real life

i would i think some times u havee to make a hard choice but life is like that u have to choose right if not pay 4 it later just think if she would have choosen the evil one he grows up n kills people or u then what?

If you mean, would I let my son, who has shown himself to be evil, kill again, then yes, I would choose to allow my son to die. I would hope that I'd be saving the world from the evil that might otherwise be visited upon others had my son lived.

Yes, I would because that child was evil and he would have grown up to be a serial killer. It's better to lose one life and save many, rather than save one who will end up being the cause of more deaths. Imagine how she would have felt if that happened?

As hard as that decision was, I probably would have done the same. Her son was evil and deep down inside she knew that there was no hope for him.
