this virus dont have any files well i erase everything when i went to Add/Remove programs i remove this program and it was a virus but that program comes back everytime i deleted it it says file infected and junk but no antivirus will take it out...How do I take it out???

Well i have great news for you! CA, tried and tested by our techs and others from around the world, will take it out, if it doesn't take it out then, in a day, it will. Any viruses it detectes and cant remove, is forwared to the techs at CA, that create new Vet Files for the product and is updated your next update. But I have not ever seen a virus yet, that CA cant get rid of.
