why does man always try to change others and not his own self ?

Man has a natural tendency to use an attention of centripetal movement. It is a basic attitude for humans. We have this need to preserve ourselves, to conserve in our being...An analogy of this is eating. we ingest food, we only take what conforms with ourself; carbohydrates, fats, lipids, etc. and those that do not conform; we throw away..the same thing here, we often try to change others into our own image, and if we can't; we get frustrated. This is not necessarily good nor evil, but it's what we experience. So how do we escape this natural tendency???I can say that it can be done when we accept others simply for who they are...When realize their uniqueness as a person and as an individual....

But sometimes, man do change his own self as well. I have friends who changed themselves for the better good.

because God made the eyes of man inside his head always looking at others, so he can see others only and not himself, to see himself he will have to stand in front of the mirror then he will do nothing but admire himself only this way he will do no wrong or right. Actually physiologically he is trying to really help himself that the other person. I am a man, and I have made some very hard changes in my life, on purpose, because of need.
Maybe you are attracted to men that tend not to want to change.
(not that thats the part you find attractive)
