After I eat sometimes,I find my tounge getting sore and the roof of my mouth hurts. One morning I woke up my tounge was swollen. I could have bearly talk. I don't know if I intake in to much salt or I'm allergic to something in the foods. What ever it is it hurts. Also I find relief when I brush my teeth like after dinner. But other than that I don't know what's wrong.

Allergy! yes, you need to identify what is causing you that. Don't worry, when you identify it you can either treat it, (you need to see a dr. for this) or avoid eating that again, and the problem will be solved.

Wake up to the fact that this is a serious problem that requires the knowledge and skills of a qualified medical doctor. And see that person, ASAP.
