it seem like i am different from all of my family, no one else in my family is shy. Most of them are very bold.

being shy a not a bad thing. It will keep you out of trouble because your shyness gives you time to think before you open your mouth.I due time you will come out of it enoughto have a normal life.I prefer to have a shy friend than a bold big mouth one.
do whatever will make you feel comfortable

Only change the way you are if you don't like your shyness. If you want to change, hang out with your bold family members. Try to learn how they handle social situations. Perhaps you'll pick up a few tips...
