Do you mean a chicken egg? I have cracked a chicken egg and found that it was fertile, then I threw it out. I sure hope that I didn't kill another living soul. Is this considered abortion or murder? Maybe it's okay if it's an animal..........?

technically no. a fetus does not have a heartbeat until about 2 weeks i think. plus unless you are self-aware, you cannot really be concious, can you? and if you are not self-aware, then you can never really matter, and if you don't matter, than you don't have a soul.
