No. A fertilized egg is incapable of thought, emotion, or feeling. A soul would come much later. If you were to say a fertilized egg has a soul, then i suppose that you would have to say that every worm, slug or gnat would have a soul too since they are capable of more thought than an egg.

The soul isn't aware or functioning yet. But potentially, it could become another human being.
Suppose we assume all living humans have a right not to be shot in the street. What do we base that right on? The moral responsibility unique to us as a species? That sounds good to me.
But then, where do babies fit on that scale? They're not morally responsible yet. They're dumber than baby chimps, dumber than dogs. They can't even comprehend morals yet. Do we value them? We do. Why? Because they have the potential to achieve the moral responsibility of an adult? That sounds good, too.
Therefore, we value as human any being with the potential to achieve moral responsibility.
Given the proper environment, a womb, a fertilized egg or eight-cell embryo in a freezer has the potential to become a morally responsible human being. Based on the criteria I set up already, it is just as valuable as any living person, because of its potential. The only advantage a baby has to the microscopic bundle of cells is a cute face and emotionally attached parents.
Now, what is a soul? I think the soul is given to us by God. It's the breath of life, the purpose he planned for us, the potential to glorify and enjoy him forever. A fertilized egg is a potential person, potentially with a share in God's plan for humanity. A soul.

until then it is a biological part of the mother living in the shell , BELIEVE me the soul can extend till the end of the universe and still be connected to the body.!!!
This is called expanding your self to feel the completeness of " I "

the soul does not exist. only consciousness. or in other words, subjective realities. if the fetus is not aware of its situation, then there is no reality or situation for that fetus therefore, the fetus is simply a collection of atoms that exist within spacetime yet have no personal subjective consciousness.
