Is a body temperature of 39 degree Celsius a normal temperature or does it indicate a fever?

39° C = (9/5)39 + 32 = 102.2° F

This is a substantial fever. Normal is 98.6° F.

The normal body temperature is around 36 degrees Celsius so you must be extremely cold. Go see a doctor

That's a fever. Normal is 37.0 C (98.6 F).
