Yes, you can edit that page.
If you know programming, then make changes by going to its source code.
In case if you don't have knowledge on programming then you can also edit with dreamweaver.
After doing this you need the FTP user name and password, this is password must be kept secretly, if anybody knows this then they will simply login and change your site, so keep it safely.
If you are not sure about the FTP user name and password then you can contact the person who designed the website / or / contact the company in which the site was hosted.

have them set you up an ftp account that leads to the directory the pages is stored. then you can keep a copy of the page on your computer, change it, then upload that copy to replace the one online.
edit: you can use ftp by typing ftp://username:password@website.com/ into microsoft internet or windows explorer

if u have got the ftp userid and password , the u can download the file and get edited.
by useing file scripting u can edit the file .

you can modify by right click on that page from the popup menu you select view source or view-->source there you type the HTML code to modify that page according to you...
