Eminem - because he has actual talent and he writes and produces his own songs.
Vanilla Ice was lame and pathetic - he used other people's beats and lyrics, had no talent and had a phony backstory about how he was a gang member who got shot in the butt while selling drugs (he used to actually tell interviewers that - sometimes he'd get up and show them his butt to "prove" he got shot!).
