my dad has the 06 SL 500 and it is hotttt, it's sooo fasttt i test driven it on a highway WOW and he has no idea i test drove it because i refilled the gas. HAHAHA. my mom drives an 05 sc430, and i drive it sometimes too (rarely). i love that car too. but my fav is the bmw 6 series which we don't have. is the 6 serious better than any of the other two, why? which of the 3 is your favorite and why?

the MB CL500 is the king of them all. Everything the SL has plus 2 extra seats for your friends in back.

You want to look like a expensive copycat Rolex, get a Lexsucks. they are nothing but a bland, Benz wannabe. A gold trimmed Toyota Avalon, Rav4, Camry. A Rich Man Econo Box Toyota. Now, you could get an Audi, BMW or Benz. Any Japanese car are target it to those looks. They are so close in looks that you can not distinguish from one to the other. I caught myself may times confusing a Lexsucks with a Benz or a Infiniti with a BMW. Sorry for that but that is the sad true. I like the Audi different approach. At least still looking Euro and does not look like BMW or a Benz neither. I had an Audi 5000s before back in 1985 it was a great car! My fiance drives a VW Bug with an Audi 5 cyl 2.5L engine with the Tiptronic from Porsche. That little car is impressive ! For what it is. That tells me the Audi is coming in a long way. Craftsmanship is really good. Anyway, take good care of whatever you choose and you will have tons of fun with it. Good luck on your choice ! Tschuess!!!!!!!!!!

Actually Lexus SC 430 does not show adequately competitive in design, power, handling to anothers two, seems like a differrent 'class' if you compare to others two.
BMW 6 series was luxury+sport coupe, same as SL55.
The design, engine torque, built quality, almost excellent.The main point is which is your favorite...
Me favorite is Z6.:)

well lets seel, the sc430 is a v8 but it only comes in auto which is boring, the sl 500 is also a v8 with plenty of toruqe and hp but its heavy, id go with 6 series cuz at least it comes in stick...

Ill have to say the BMW M6, It's body style has a bossy look to it. Oh and can't forget about the speed.

i have to be honest,YOUR PARENTS MADE A SMART BUY!!!!my dad works on cars and he says the mercedes are the simplest to work on.DO NOT BUY A BMW/LEXUS!!!!if your parents can fork out that much money for 2 mercedes,they should have no problem giving you half the money for a mercedes.thats what my dad says to do when buying a car with somebody.if you pay half then they pay half.(standerd tranys suck!!!!)
