If all else fails try easy off oven cleaner works but is extremely caustic. Use rubber gloves and open the windows in the room!! Works like a charm but ruins some garments ex. makes holes in them rinse then wash as usual in machine.

Try a rust remover, such as Iron Out. It is fast and smells, but has worked for me. Be careful some materials and colors will fade with it.

When you do your laundry.measure in the soap,turn on the water,let it fill a bit, then put your cloths in.Maybe a little spot remover will help.
