What you do is put in your information into the spreadsheet. For ecample, you want a graph on car sales of Ford and Dodge from 2002-2004
I am going to choose cell B4 (hopefully you know how to read the spread sheet).
I will put 2002 in B4, 2003 in C4, and 2004 in D4
Then, I would put Ford in cell A5 and Dodge in cell A6. Those are your labels. (The labels are interchangeable, meaning I could put the years on the side if I wanted).

I would then put my info in the other cells.
Lets say, put 10 in B5, 15 in C5, and 20 in D5, 14 in B6, 17 in C6, and 19 in D6

The next thing you want to do, is click cell B5 and drag the mouse to D6

At the top, you will see a button called chart wizard. (the pic is a small bar graph)
Click that button. A dialog box appears. To the right, you will see pictures of different bar graphs. And to the left is a list of different types of graphs. Click the bar graph you want. Then click ok until all dialog boxes are gone.

You can move the graph where you want it.
Click that chart wizard button again and on the left side click pie chart. When you do, look on the right and the bar graphs have changed to pie charts. Click the one you want and click ok until all dialog boxes are gone.
Move that graph where you want it.
Then you are done making graphs.
If you need anymore help, send me a message and I will help you.

enter your info in the columns...x axis info on the right...y axis info on the right..like this:
5 9
1 0
6 1
3 4

then highlight all the cells and in the menu on the top..theres a picture of a graph. click on it. a box should pop up with a LOT of graph options. pick the one you want and push next. you can look at all the tabs and change whatever you want. after pushing next so many times, there will be a 'finish' button. click it, and youve got a graph!
