I cant find a comfortable, flattering pair of jeans. I wear an 18 in women's, but have no problem wearing men's jeans. What do you suggest?

I buy my stuff from Lanebryant.com (the one with cute stuff) they have several brands of jean from seven7, ABS and Venzenia. They also have a junior section that carries really cute clothes. I also go to Fashion Bug for some of my jeans...not all. You can also check out torrid.com, Hot topic.com, Avenue.com, Alight.com( which sells ALL kinds of plus size stuff), you might want to check out www.thefifteendollarstore.com they carry some plus sizes and all theyre jeans are 15 dollars. I am not sure where you at but if you check out places like One Price Clothing, Urban Chic, Fashion Time, there is one more but I have forgotten what it is called, anyway they carry plus size jeans and they are REALLY afforable. If you dont care about the cost check out www.applebottoms.com and www.babyphat.com they carry sizes 12 -18 and in some cases 20-24 You can also try www.us.redoute.com TONS of cute stuff www.bandlu.com
You also have Target.com, www.amazon.com, www.ebay.com.
I hope this helps...if you need anymore websites just send me an email at mistressofdarkearth@yahoo.com

I am a size 12-14. But was once a size 22! (Don't knock LB, when I was bigger, they made my butt look fabulous!) Anyways, I find that DKNY jeans are very flattering for women. Especially if you have curves! They normally go up to a size 18 but some cuts run big. Don't try Old Navy if you have any kind of feminine shape whatsoever! Save yourself the horrible feeling of trying on a pair of jeans in a size larger than you normally wear only to find they still don't fit well!! Good luck!

I like "angels" jeans....I think they come in all sizes and can be found at places like Gordmans and Kohls. I think jeans with that washed out distressed look help to take away from the hip area. Dark or black jeans will make you look smaller than the light colored ones. Since men's jeans fit you well, you may try old navy's jeans...they have some that are called boy cut also try their boot cut jeans the streatch versions, i think, fit better and are more comfortable. Sizes at old navy are kinda weird...the last time i went there an 8 fit me in one pair of jeans then I had to get a 12 in another and in yet another a 12 was too small; so try on lots of sizes. Bringing a friend for advice on what looks good helps too.

Depends on what you would consider flalttering. I don't think mens jeans would flatter a womans body doesn't matter what size. I would reccomend a good pair of dark wash jeans, boot cut or a very slight flair in womens. The darker wash is slimming and looks great with anything. Good luck :-)

I think Old Navy sizes run pretty big (I can fit into a 6 in their jeans and I normally wear like a 10-12! And they have good fits, too.

I have a liking for the Lee One True Fit jeans. They are mid-rise, so they aren't hiked up under the boobs, nor are they hanging off the butt. They come in several different lengths and sizes.
Don't laugh, but I turned my mother on to these so she would lose the "mom jeans" look.
I find them at Kohls.
Don't buy mens jeans...it's just horrible! They aren't cut right for us women folk!
