Gluttony- He is always eager to eat anything, or anyone, living or dead. The muscles in his jaws are also very powerful and his saliva is acidic

Envy- can assume the form of any person and copy their voice

Greed- He is able to make himself impervious to harm

Wrath- he has the ability to fuse his body's form with other objects,He possesses the exceptional ability to perform alchemy (unlike the other Homunculi),

Sloth- Sloth is hydro-kinetic and is watery in composition. This allows her to travel rapidly through water and use water-based techniques

Pride- he can regenorate himself, his Ultimate Eye gives him the foresight to see all possible outcomes of a given situation, allowing him to predict the moves of any opponent before they happen.

In watching the show over and over I would say lust is the most powerful Homunculus. Not because of her abilities, but because of her status in the social order of the Homunculus. She always seems to be at the top of the hierarchy. This isn't to say she isn't challenged by the abilities of the others, but there is an air about her that commands respect. Simply look at her relationship with gluttony. She commands him without every saying a word.

Gluttony - Gluttony makes an appearance in the underground city below Central which Wrath leads Al to. Due to Dante's alchemy at the end of the anime series, he has been stripped of any intelligence and is now lost in his desire to feed. In their last encounter (which ends in a cliffhanger) Dante is stuck with Gluttony in the elevator she tries to escape in. It is speculated that Gluttony devoured Dante, also consuming her Philosopher's Stone. As a result, his body has malformed into an enormous quasi-humanoid shape sporting extra legs, limbs and several worm-like tentacles with faces on their ends. Its a toss up between wrath, pride & envy. But I would pick either wrath or envy cause pride acts like a kid & thinks sloth is his mommy so he can get killed easily.

But my favourite is Greed. He is just badass, he is greed what more can you ask for? Everyone has a little greed in them, I certainly do :D.
