Like for example, I know some come from outside, but like say you leave food out and then you have these small little bugs that come from nowhere...how do they just originate themselves? Also, how can you get rid of them?

By bugs, do you mean insect type bugs or bacterial contamination type bugs?
If it is the first, then they have to get at your food by laying eggs on it. But I think you mean "where does the contamination by bacteria come from?" type of bugs. In that case, it is in the food already, it gets there by people handling it, and being exposed to the air. It is only in very small, harmless amounts, and, if kept in freezer, fridge or in sterile conditions, it stays that way. When you leave it out, the food warms up, and the bacteria begin to multiply rapidly, and may reach a level where they can become toxic, at this point, the food is said to be contaminated. You can kill the bacteria by cooking it, but the toxins they pproduce will still be in the food, and will still cause you to be sick.
