I am new at this and do no know how to leave feed back or pick the best answer for my question. Can someone tell me .

I always click on my avatar pic to go to my profile. There you can click on the question you asked and choose a best answer from the responses you've received. To answer questions, you just click on the answer button at the top center of the page. Good luck and have fun, this can be addicting!

When yahoo e-mails you/saying you got an answer to your question, scroll down & look at all the answers you got.Under each answer there's a box with "best answer" written in it .Move your mouse til the arrow is in the box marked "best answer" below the answer you think is best.

Just choose the answer that makes the most sense to you and provides you with relief when you read it.
The best answer should reflect some type of closure on whatever your problem was.
