He's doing a great job as always but as far as greatest I don't think so. I mean his greatest job was getting the Bulls into the playoffs during the years that Jordan left the NBA to pursue a baseball career. I mean all he had was Scottie Pippen and a bunch of no names. Now that's what I call good. I mean unless the Lakers win a championship this year, there's no way that this could be his "greatest coaching".

Phil is doing a great job. He should get the coach of the year award. Just because you have some talented players doesn't always mean you will get a title. Obviously, His Airness and Pippen didn't need the best coach. But this year he's proven himself to be a great coach. Who has convinced Kobe to pass more? Phil? We may never know just what Phil means to the NBA until he actually retires for good.

Yes. He also garnered the team of Hall of famer like Kareem-Abdul Jabbar and Scottie Pippen to personally train their role players.

well yea. i mean ive always thought jackson was an overrated coach cuz he had jordan pippen rodman then he had kobe and shaq. now he has just kobe and is doing much better than i expected so yes this is his best coaching year.

been given jordan..kobe..shaq..
look at the other teams in the NBA..had those dudes in their prime...untstoppable..
