Non perfumed baby wipes. Use the for sensitive skin Huggies. Good stuff! They're thick. Once in a while everybody gets the gastroenteritis so it best to be prepared.

diarrhea - I assume your talking about the raw feeling......yeah Preperation H is very good for that. Put a dab on some toilet paper and wipe on the spot. It will feel better by the next day.
