Make no doubts about it. The Cleveland Indians could very well be this year Detroit Tigers of last year.
Surprise!!

I think the Orioles are a team to be reckoned with. They have four new veteran members in their bullpen(all proven relief pitchers), starting pitching is solid, Aubrey Huff and Jay Payton in the outfield. I think the O's are way overdue. I think this team will prove that they dont need to sign that $100 player to contend. Im from Baltimore and I've been a fan since 1975. I got a feeling about this year. Yankees are getting old and the Red sox are too unpredictable. The sleeper are the O'S!!!!!!!!!!

Based on all the answers here, the Indians really aren't a sleeper team, if everyone has the same answer.
Watch out for Twins!
Especially if Liriano comes back healthy and plays a full season.

It's still a tad early and lots of things can happen, but I'm going to go with Toronto. The Red Sox and Yankees get an awful lot of press in the east, but both teams may very well be blindsided by the BlueJays.

whover wins the west could be considered a sleeper because that division is up for grabs. i think cleveland could make a run though. good young players w/ that year under their belt.

The Tribe no doubt. I know Tiger and White Sox fans don't want to hear it but it's true.
