If you were found not guilty in a court of law, then you can sue your former employer for firing you.. plus, he should not have done that in the first place. Also, you should talk to a lawyer about sueing anyway since the trial brought on financial, mental, and public damage on you. Don't let it slip by, the police screwed up and now it is their turn to answer to the law. Good Luck Man! They were going to take you down, now it's up to you to turn the tables on them!

You should be able to submit documentation of your innocence to the credit reporting agencies if that is the only thing that has affected your credit rating, and they should reverse it if the guilty accusation on that matter was the only reason for the low credit rating/valuation.

If your boss fired you for attendance because you were not able to get to work, then you are out of luck there and need to start looking for another job, but if they are your accusers then you could sue to get your job back, but why?

Civil suit is about as good as you can do. If you live in a right-to-work state, you're pretty much s.o.l. about the job.
